The Lancashire Hotpot Sportive is one of the latest event additions to the Kilo To Go calendar, it features choice of 3 routes starting from Blackpool.  The event takes place on Sunday 16th September and any entries received before Wednesday 8th August will also be entered into the chance to win one of several ‘Hotpot’ prize draws including the chance to win £200 worth of sports nutrition products.

The long route of 115 miles takes in all of Lancashire’s iconic cycling climbs including Jeffrey Hill, Nick of Pendle, Pendle Hill, Waddington Fell and the Trough of Bowland with a total ascent of 2,500m. There’s als the choice of an 85 mile route that misses out Nick of Pendle and Pendle Hill to bring the total climbing down to 1,500m or the shorter 60 mile route ascends Jeffrey Hill which brings the total climbing down to 800 metres.
