Wiggle White Peak Entries Close Sunday

Entries for the Wiggle White Peak sportive that takes place on the 30th September, close this Sunday evening. The event is modelled on the first White Peak which took place last year, but this time the organisers have reversed the route direction offering more spectacular views, achievable ascents and soothing descents and have also moved to a prestigious new event HQ at Carsington Water near Ashbourne.
The White Peak takes place in the southern area of the Peak Disitrict National Park and boasts stunning views across open moorland approching 2,000 feet above sea-level. The full route packs in over 2,700 metres of climbing in it’s 84 miles and there’s over 1,800 metres in the 60 mile option.
By riding Wiggle White Peak, you are also helping to raise awareness and create sponsorship opportunities for their 2012 charity partner, Cancer Research UK.
