White Rose Classic Entries Open Today

Entries for the White Rose Classic cycle sportive, organised by Ilkley Cycling Club, open at midday today. Taking place on Sunday 17th June the event offers a choice of 3 challenging routes, 110 miles, 84 miles and 50 miles, and taking you through the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, it promises to be a showcase event for the very best the beautiful Yorkshire Dales has to offer.

The epic long route takes in the climbs of Norwood Edge, Fleet Moss and Garsdale Head, finishing with a final climb over our local hill at Langbar . With over 3000m of ascent it really will be a challenge. The medium route is no pushover either being just over 83 miles and over 2000m of ascent. All routes will start and finish at the fantastic new Ilkley Rugby Club facility, providing changing, showers, parking, food and drink. Transponder event timing provided by Sportident.
