EVENT SUMMARY
A new event for 2012 starting from Exeter Racecourse, organised by Just Events Ltd in association with the Mid-Devon Cycling Club. Just Events Ltd will also be supporting the ‘Help for Heroes’ and ‘DSRT Ashburton’ charities from the proceeds of its Moor 2 Sea Sportive.

A choice of two route distances are available, distances are approximate –

- 109 miles
“Starting and finishing at Exeter Racecourse. The Moor 2 Sea offers you a choice of two routes, the ‘Challenge’ route which covers 67 miles (108 km) and has approximately 7,000 ft of climb and The ‘Extreme’ route which covers 109 miles (174 km) and has a massive 11,700 ft of climb, including gradients up to 20%. Both routes conclude with a ‘King of the Mountains’ style hill climb at Mamhead followed by a 2 mile closed circuit finish at Exeter Racecourse. There are medals for all who are able to complete their chosen route within the specified times and a special “King of the Mountains” medal pin for all who are able to beat the KoM stage time.”
