“Not for the faint hearted as you leave the grounds of the estate and meet our timed climb of the day up the legendary Lee Lane, named by the 1988 Milk Race as Shibden Wall, a 910 meters of the finest Yorkshire cobbles.
The route then takes in three of the climbs featured in the 2014 Tour De France, Cock Hill, Cragg Vale and Ripponden Bank before returning via the lesser known industrial roads of Elland.”
