New for 2012, the Atrial Fribrillation Charity Sportive takes place on Sunday 18th March and will offer a scenic 60 mile (100km) ride taking in the Howardian Hills, Castle Howard Estate and North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The route certainly isn’t without it’s challenges including an ascent of Rosedale Chimney Bank climb which reaches a gradient of 1:3 in places and is generally considered as one of the toughest cycling climbs in England.

Entry is £25.00 in advance or £30.00 on the day with the proceeds going to support the work of the Atrial Fribrillation Association. Full details and entry links can be found on our sportive calendar event listing at –
