Now in it’s fifth year the Jodrell Bank Cyclosportive features three challenging routes designed by experienced local club cyclists heading into the Cheshire Plains.

“We have tweeked the routes once again keeping the best bits, and adding some new sections just to keep it interesting.
The first part of the course is fast and flat across the Chesire plains skirting past the famous Jodrell Bank Radio telescope. Towards the end of the ride it gets a little lumpy there are a few small climbs, on the 50 mile route and 80 mile routes riders also have to tackle the Pott Shrigley climb which a steady gradient up past the village and golf course, a little sting in the tail.”
