Deloitte RAB 2014 Sells Out 9 Months In Advance

Threshold Sports are pleased to announce that their flagship event Deloitte Ride Britain has sold out for 2014. Held every year since 2010, this year’s event will see over 800 riders cycle the length of Britain over a nine day period – the largest ‘end-to-end’ cycling challenge in the UK. This year’s challenge will go from Lands End to John O’Groats with participants cycling almost 1,000 miles from September 6-14.

Deloitte RAB is the only way to complete the legendary ‘end to end’ route in a large group and it is the camaraderie fostered over the 9-day challenge that makes the event such a memorable experience for the participants. The event is only possible with a logistical support crew of 150, who ensure fully serviced basecamps await the riders each day with everything taken care of from 1,000 individual tents and power showers to 3 course meals and massages. The level of support is made famous by those who have taken part and is reflected in the fact that 93% of the 2013 participants rated Deloitte RAB as one of the best experiences of their life. All the riders need to do is worry about pedalling and enjoying the stunning scenery.
