The Heart of England Crusader is a tour of the beautiful and Historic North Warwickshire and Leicestershire countryside starting from the West Midlands Water Ski Centre.

A choice of two routes on offer –
- Pilgrims Route – 45km
- Knights Route – 90km
“Passing historical towns with castles like Maxstoke with its 14th century moat , or Tamworth with its Norman castle overlooking two rivers, and going through historical sites like Market Bosworth, site of the Battle of Bosworth in 1485, which heralded the start of the Tudor Dynasty when Henry Tudor defeated King Richard III. In-between you will pass the Heart of England as you go through Meridan the recognised Centre of England and then through meandering countryside and farmland in Four Counties on quiet roads.
The route contains something for everyone with a number of rolling hills and enjoyable descents and offers a challenge whatever your ability with many opportunities for a well deserved stop at the aid stations.”
