EVENT SUMMARY

A challenging 75 mile cycle circuit which offers riders the opportunity to take in some of the countries most iconic climbs, Holme Moss, for example, has featured in cycling events at the highest level for over half a century. The ride is named after Britain’s first Tour de France stage winner who has an impressive list of cycling achievements. The event has now been running since 2007 (previously run as the Kirklees Sportive) and attracts riders from across the country to take part.

Closed road start and motorcycle outriders means and excellent start to the sportive season.

    Hi, Could you confirm im on the start sheet, C Beaumont, East Yorkshire (HU17 9RU). Problems with entering online, if im not, can i definitely enter on the day, its along way to come if i cant.
