Ride Around London

Access Sport have published a provisional version of the route for the Ride Around London cycle event taking place on the 25th September. This route may be subject to change on the day due to last minute road closures or emergencies but it should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

The provisional route stands at 185km (115 miles) with approximately 2,600 metres of ascent and features 3 on route support stations at Chipperfield, Windsor and Box Hill.  The route has been planned to take in Olympic landmarks past and present, starting at the Herne Hill Velodrome, it goes up the iconic Box Hill (which features in the 2012 Olympic Road Race), along the beautiful North Downs, through Windsor Great Park, passing Eton Dorney and the Chilterns and finishing next to the new 2012 Lee Valley White Water Centre.
