New 2013 UK Etape Series Event?

It looks like the UK will be getting another Etape series closed roads event in 2013 to join the Etape Caledonia and Etape Pennines. So far the location hasn’t been confirmed but the organisers have released this teaser video, we’re guessing the midlands but we would be interested if anyone else can recognise any of the locations in the video.
Entries are due to open on the 29th January 2013.
Pretty sure its Chester racecourse and town centre in the video.
