“Ride from our beautiful town which nestles on the banks of Kirkcudbright Bay and into the countryside to Castle Douglas and into the Galloway hills with two route options passing Clatteringshaws returning to Kirkcudbright through Creetown, Gatehouse of Fleet, Castle Douglas and alongside the Solway Firth through Auchencairn.”
ROUTE INFORMATION
“Starting in the beautiful Harbour town of Kirkcudbright Choice of 2 routes 67 miles passes through Castle Douglas to New Galloway following alongside Loch Ken returning via the Solway coast. The 103 miles puts a loop in from New Galloway over Queens Way passing Clatteringshaw Loch towards Newton Stewart returning via Creetown and Gatehouse of Fleet to the bottom of Loch Ken to join the short route”
