“This 2013 event opener is beautiful and historic. Riders venture towards the Ridgeway, an ancient chalk ridge and one of the first roads used by man, as well as crossing over the Downlands Area of Outstanding Beauty. Walbury Hill adds to the spectacle and weather permitting we head to Streatley Hill, which was used in the Tour of Britain.”
