If you’re considering entering the Etape Cymru you should be aware the entries close tonight at midnight.
The event takes place on Sunday 9th October and is only the second fully closed road event within the UK (the other being the Etape Caledonia) and has only been possible with full support of the Wrexham Council, Denbighshire Council, Welsh Assembly Government and North Wales Tourism.
There’s a challenging 100 mile route that includes over 6000ft of climbing passing through the Clwydian Range (An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and featuring several well known climbs such as, Horseshoe Pass, The Shelf, The Garth and Worlds End.
